- a Unique Workshop Series for Individuals, Teams and Organisations
About these workshops:
This truly unique series of Half or 1-day training programmes uses simple yet powerful tools, based on the latest research and what we know about the way the brain operates, to empower people in the workplace - and in their everyday lives. Participants rapidly develop the skills they need to effectively lead, create, communicate, collaborate, learn, innovate, build a positive culture, and be resilient.
Although the series is based on the latest research on how the brain works, we use simple models to ensure the concepts are easy to follow, and most importantly, easy to use. The aim is to help people create environments where people can thrive, teams can flourish, and organisations and businesses can succeed and prosper.
The programmes are interactive and engaging, with a mix of discussions, workshops, and group activities. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experts and from each other. They will also have the opportunity to practice the skills they are learning in a safe and supportive environment. Our unique Neuro-Leadership tools provide a lasting resource for participants to develop over their career.
