Our Approach - the STEPS Model

Our proprietary STEPS Model provides a clear, actionable roadmap for transforming leaders, teams, and organisations - integrating brain science with real-world business challenges.

Different learners have different levels of experience, and hence different starting points - but the model acts as a guide for the development needs of EVERY current and future leader! With unique insights from brain-science and hi-tech sectors, it provides the most comprehensive and valuable way to put each step of the competency development journey in place - whether those steps are building individual, team, or organisational competences. Our portfolio of training programmes is extensive, but map specifically to the STEPS model - either to a single STEP, or multiple.

The Five STEPS Explained

STEPS 1-3

In the programmes that deal with these first three STEPS, we develop a revolutionary model of people and leadership in the workplace, using powerful but simple insights from neuroscience to underpin the theory and practical application. The model starts with the fundamental requirement to genuinely and comprehensively understand ourselves and others  so that we can get the best out of any interaction or situation. The model then steps through the ingredients and recipe of high-performance team-building and ongoing team-working, as well as developing and maintaining an optimal work environment in support of productivity, creativity, innovation, workplace engagement, and well-being.

STEPS 4-5

In the additional STEPS, we build on the first three to develop competencies in the professional and technical areas of running a business - profitably, sustainably, and positively. We tackle performance within key organisational / business disciplines in STEP 4 - and in STEP 5 we build the organisational competencies needed to make any business / organisation sustainable - increasing its long-term viability, and giving it a solid foundation rooted in good governance. Each step draws on compelling insights from the science - reflected in the training programmes!

Mapping our Training Courses / Programmes to the STEPS Model
